Widener Law School must defend consumer fraud act claims

William Walls, Senior U.S. District Judge has denied a motion to dismiss, saying that plaintiffs – Widener Law School grads – have asserted a plausible claim of misrepresentation by the school in its statements regarding employment obtained by its law school graduates.
