Daedalus – the journal of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences has published an entire issue on Access to Justice (A2J).  It is the first ever open access online issue of Daedalus.  Of particular note to me are Tonya Brito (Wisconsin) on the right to civil counsel, Robert Gordon on the history of lawyers support for access to justice, and Dean Andrew Perlman (Suffolk) on what law schools can do about it.
