Chapter Summary:  This chapter discusses issues related to the business, technology and mareketing of legal services. The first section provides a contemporary overview of the ways in which lawyers find clients, followed by a discussion of solicaition and advertising rules.  The second section focuses on issues related to fees and billing.  In addition to covering the Model Rules, it highlights issues related to hourly billing, contingent fees, and court-awarded attorneys’ fees.
